I am very purposeful with my interaction with LEOs in being straightforward, to the point, and directive rather than non-directive in the therapy room. My office is specifically set up with law enforcement and military paraphernalia in order to help make my LEOs comfortable. My philosophy of practice centers around much of my doctoral work in Existential Analysis and Viktor Frankl’s meaning-based therapies.
