President Stephen Walker has presided over the West Virginia State Lodge since 2004 and has also served in the dual role of National trustee for the past eight years. On any given day when the Tennessee State Legislature is in session, we are sure to find President Scottie walking the halls and meeting with the lawmakers on both sides of the aisle to advocate for his brothers and sisters. James Smallwood is a sergeant with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department. He started his career with the agency in 2010 and has served as a patrol officer, detective and patrol supervisor and has worked in the street crimes and strategic planning units.
