Audience: Lodge leadership tasked with marketing the FOP message
Understanding the media culture and needs and using them to your advantage. Topics discussed are: anatomy of a reporter, print versus electronic media, and marketing your message for the masses.
Robert’s Rules of Order Survival Tips
Time: 2 hours
Audience: FOP lodge leadership or members interested in the basics of Robert’s Rules
This course will cover the basics of Robert’s Rules, including the purpose of Robert’s Rules and how to make, amend and modify motions. The course will also include tips in meeting decorum and tips to assist a lodge president in maintaining order. The objective of this course is to provide lodge officers with a basic knowledge of Robert’s Rules and tips to assist in the facilitation of a meeting.

Setting up a Political Action Committee

This course discusses the value of a political action committee, how to legally set a committee up and how to raise/expend PAC funds.
Political Endorsement Process
Time: 2 hours
Audience: FOP members
This course will teach members the value of endorsing candidates for public office, how to ensure the FOP endorsement stays valuable and how to encourage members to run for elected public office.
