I have worked with First Responders throughout my career, starting in 1988 in Charlotte, NC.

My belief is that I need to be there for the client. I am very client-centered in my approach. I protect their records and confidentiality. I work to make sure there is a positive therapeutic alliance.

I have helped start a Peer-Led Public Safety AA meeting. I mentor and support a Peer-Led Public Safety trauma support group that meets twice a month. These have been meeting regularly for four years.

I also worked with the AZ 100 Club to start a law enforcement spouses support meeting. This has grown from one meeting to four meetings per month and has been operational for three years.
