Workers Compensation to include: Oregon SAIF corporation, Idaho SIF, Washington, L&I, and Montana SAIF. We also bill out of network or cash fee for service.
Treatment
Provide psychological evaluations, evaluate and diagnose mental health disorders, provide psychotherapy and prescribe medication’s when indicated. I work with law-enforcement and dispatchers, to include their families, and refer to inpatient treatment if indicated.
