Resilience Counseling and Consultation is a private counseling practice that offers trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment. Amy Bock works specifically in treating first responders and has completed various advanced trainings, certifications and ride-alongs to further her knowledge and understanding of the unique components of first responders’ lives and needs. Amy utilizes EMDR and strengths-based counseling to foster wellness and resilience in her clients.
