This FOP trademark, FOP Cops & Kids™, is available to all FOP lodges for use when providing charitable services to needy children, most commonly Christmas gifts and school supplies. This trademark was created as an alternative to the “Shop with a Cop” trademark, which is NOT owned by the FOP. The FOP is offering our trademark to all FOP lodges at no cost.

The FOP Cops and Kids program is designed to build relationships between local lodges and the community. Officers taking underprivileged kids shopping for Christmas presents or school supplies shows those children that the police in their area are friends and are always there to help. Giving a child a present when they wouldn’t have received one, or the supplies they need to excel in school, can make a lasting impression.

To receive permission to use this trademark, please send a request via email to National Secretary Jimmy Holderfield at jholderfield@fop.net or by letter to the National FOP. You will be required to provide examples of any marketing materials created using the trademark.
