Recently, officers from the @NYPDSpecialops Harbor Unit sprang into action to rescue a stranded pup from the chilly waters of the East River. With swift teamwork and big hearts, they pulled her to safety, wrapped her up in a warm blanket, and made sure she’s headed for brighter days ahead.
