Starting salary (with no experience): $70,000
Lateral starting salary based on experience: up to $103,422
Signing bonus: $5,000 (½ paid on first paycheck & ½ paid on completion of field training)
Relocation bonus: $500-$1,200 based on distance of relocation
Certification pay: up to $1,200 per year
