Division: National Fraternal Order of Police – Labor Services Division

Position Overview:
The National Fraternal Order of Police – Labor Services Division is hiring a Part-time Field Representative. The FOP Labor Services Division provides expert labor relations support to state and local lodges, as well as individual members. This role is pivotal in negotiating contracts, resolving grievances, and ensuring effective communication between bargaining units and management. The Field Representative works closely with the Director of Labor Services to implement labor goals and programs, ensuring that all labor-related matters are managed effectively.
Skills & Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of labor relations, especially within a law enforcement or human resources environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with law enforcement personnel at various government levels is preferred. Automobile and a valid driver’s license are required, and willingness to travel nationwide as needed.
