The 1993 Jack Dudek Member of the Year Award was presented to Tom Hanes of Ohio Capitol City Lodge #9. Brother Hanes is with the Franklin Co. Sheriff’s Department and is Executive Vice President of his lodge. Hanes was also voted Ohio’s Member of the Year last July.
