FOP Member of the Year Award Presented Posthumously to John J. Harrington

Accepting the 1989 FOP Member of the Year Award for Past President John J. Harrington was daughter Pat Harrington who found it very difficult to hold back her heartfelt emotions. Committee Chairman Pat Stark and National President Dewey Stokes presented the Jack Dudek FOP Member of the Year Award.
