As COVID enters a new phase that is even further complicated with the surging Delta COVID variant, the arguments for and against mandates are shaping up to be a key element of this next phase of the immunization strategy.
I am asked repeatedly for direction regarding this constantly evolving topic. Agencies Nationwide are enacting policies that require employee vaccination or accept mask requirements, weekly testing, and diminished employee benefits. Can they do this?
