The DA's office does their job and rightfully petitions for him to be held because he IS a threat to the public and Judge David Kelly just releases him.
Judge Kelly, you are a joke and a shining example of everything that is wrong with the revolving-door criminal justice system and if he really isn’t a threat, how about he stay at your house, Judge!
